Available Options

Third Floor Speakeasy ($500): Private space for bridesmaids or groomsmen to get ready

Post-Event Cleanup ($200): Our team handles cleanup and packages your items for next-day pickup

Linen Service ($50 per table) We provide and manage all linens for your event. Our average event has 10 tables.

What's Included in Your Rental

  • On-Site Event Coordination: Topiary Mansion associate present during your event to ensure smooth coordination and address any needs
  • Move-In Ready Elegance: Our venue comes beautifully appointed with historic charm and elegant details, requiring minimal additional decoration from you
  • Natural Beauty: Live plants and floral arrangements throughout the space add warmth and elegance
  • Entertainment Technology: Television in lounge for slideshows and speakers for music
  • Cocktail tables and round tables

Linen Options

Based on the size of our space, most people utilize between 7-9 linens, but this is dependent on your event.

  • Venue Linen Service: $50 per table (available in green, pink, or tan)

Food/Drinks & Catering

Guests value the flexibility of our food and beverage policy. We have preferred caterers you can order through but you’re also welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

  • Buffet table
  • Access to first-floor kitchen (includes microwave, oven, stove and full-sized fridge)
  • Space in the back parking lot for food truck vendors

Decorations & Setup

  • Decorations (prohibited: glitter, confetti, loose flower petals, adhesives that damage walls, nails/tacks, balloons filled with confetti)
  • Cleanup of food and personal items
  • Cleaning fee: $150 (deducted from your security deposit)
  • Late departure fee: $100 per 15-minute increment beyond the agreed-upon end time
  • All vendors must adhere to the same arrival and departure schedule
  • All decorations and personal items must be removed by the end of teardown
